f/stop's new structure includes inviting an artist to play the part of a curator or to realize a solo exhibition. This year, the duo Andree Korpys and Markus Löffler will present a selection of their work.
Korpys/Löffler mainly deal with the political use of pictures and examine its downsides. They get involved with the process of communicating the world concentrating on remote scenes whose events occasionally unveil strange things. Focusing on the remote Korpys/Löffler create a new thinking space that questions politcal staging and its representations as forms of cultural practice. Korpys/ Löffler participate in the main exhibition with a video projection and show a selection of films, photographs and installations in Halle 14, second floor.
